While not wireless like some of 8BitDo’s other options, it does have more features. For instance, it comes with back paddles that you can remap for a little bit of an edge in certain games. It also features more of a Xbox-style design than the Xbox version of the Pro 2. Which is probably going to be more preferred for people who play games on Xbox Series X|S and Windows PCs. One thing worth clarifying is that this is both a wired and a wireless controller. While it’s designed for Xbox Series X|S and Windows and must be used by plugging it in to those systems, it can be used wirelessly with mobile devices running Android and iOS.

Aside from the long cable and the two paddle buttons on the back, the controller also offers a profile button you can tap to switch profiles on the fly.
