The Galaxy S22 Ultra will arrive in a 1TB storage option as well

Ishan Agarwal went to Twitter to share the news, but he said that it’s not coming to all regions. Samsung will pick and choose where to launch a 1TB Galaxy S22 Ultra model. He did note, however, that “important European markets” will surely get that variant. In other words, the largest markets in Europe will probably get it, such as the UK, maybe Germany, France, etc. If we had to guess, though, we’d say that it will launch in the US as well, but that hasn’t been mentioned. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is coming soon. It will almost certainly launch on February 8 or 9, depending on which source you’d like to believe. Samsung still didn’t officially announce the exact launch date. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will launch alongside the Galaxy S22 and S22+. Plenty of information surfaced about all those devices, as we’ve detailed in our preview articles.

The ‘Ultra’ model will stand apart from its siblings

The Galaxy S22 Ultra will be a bit different than the Galaxy S22 and S22+. It will not only differ in regards to specs, but it will also look different. The phone will feature completely flat top and bottom parts, and a different-looking camera setup on the back. Its display will be curved, and an S Pen will be a part of the package. That won’t be the case with the other two phones. Depending on the market, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be fueled by either the Exynos 2200 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. That goes for the other two smartphones as well. The device is said to include a large battery, and 45W wired charging. Wireless charging will also be supported, and the same goes for reverse wireless charging. Android 12 will come pre-installed, with Samsung’s One UI 4.0 skin.
