Though this is one headset that when initially launched, was marketed more towards businesses. On that note, the Vive Pro will be perfectly fine for your virtual reality gaming needs. And it costs less. When it comes to the Vive Cosmos Elite and Vive Pro Eye, you also have options to pick up just the headset. Or, the whole system which includes the controllers and the base stations that you mount to your walls. Which you will need if you don’t already have them. However, if you have base stations from an older Vive system, these will work with a new headset. Starting with the Vive Pro, you can pick it up for $899. Normally it costs $1,199. The Vive Cosmos Elite is down to $649 from $899 if you go with the whole system. And if you just need the headset, then you pay $399 instead of $549. With the Vive Pro Eye, just the headset is $599 instead of $799. And the whole system has been dropped down to $1,099 instead of its normal price of $1,399. As for accessories, you can snag the Vive Wireless Adapter for $199 instead of $349. Which is a pretty big savings. This will also work for the Vive Pro and Cosmos series headsets. Lastly, the Deluxe Audio Strap is down from $99 to $69.
