Today, Photos is announcing that it is adding larger photo print sizes, as well as a new option to get your prints delivered right to your door, and new canvas print sizes. For prints, you can get them in the usual 4×6, 5×7 or 8×10 prints. But starting today, you can also get them in larger 11×14, 12×18, 16×20, or 20×30 prints. And they will start at $0.18 per print, plus shipping. Google is also giving you the option to pick these up the same day from CVS, Walgreens or Walmart (in Japan, you also have 7-Eleven available). But you’re limited to 4×6, 5×7 or 8×10 prints only for same-day pickup. When it comes to Canvas Prints, Google is adding six new sizes over the coming weeks. These include 8×10, 16×16, 20×30, 24×36, 30×40 and 36×36.
You can still get photo books and monthly prints
Two of the cooler options here are the photo books and monthly photo prints. Nothing is changing with Photo Books, you can still get these in soft or hard cover, and these start at $9.99. They are super easy to make, and Google Photos can even automatically create them for you – but you will have to put in the order. Then there’s the premium print series which will get you 10 cardstock photo prints delivered to your door each month. It costs $6.99 per month and that includes shipping, but not tax. Google Photos will suggest your 10 most recent photos to print. You are able to edit your photo selection, choose a matte or glossy finish, add a border before your photos ship each month. You also have the option to print dates on the back, or turn them into postcards. Lots of ways to make your best pictures come to life, thanks to Google Photos.
