Based on what was shared, these truly wireless earbuds will be equipped with 11mm and 6mm dual audio drivers. This is actually a very similar setup to the one the OPPO Enco X2 earbuds deliver. That’s not surprising considering OPPO and OnePlus are sister companies.

The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 specifications leak to reveal compelling earbuds

In any case, these earbuds will also offer support for LDHC 4.0 spatial audio. They’ll also offer up to 45db of active noise cancellation (ANC), and also support adaptive noise cancellation. What does that mean, though? Well, these earbuds should be able to automatically adjust the intensity of ANC based on your surroundings. That’s a feature we’ve seen in quite a few higher-end truly wireless earphones. OnePlus also plans to include three microphones in each earbud. That should create a number of benefits for users. It should not only help with noise cancellation, but also improve your voice calls.

They will offer really good battery life, especially with ANC off

We still don’t know the exact battery capacity that OnePlus will use in each earbud, nor the case. What we do know, thanks to this leak, is that these earbuds should be able to deliver 6 hours of battery life, with ANC. If you count in the case to that number, you get 22 hours of battery life. If you turn the ANC off, you should be able to get around 9 hours of battery life, up to 38 hours with the case included. Warp Charging the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 case for 10 minutes will allow you to get 10 hours of playtime. The earbuds themselves can serve you for 3 hours following 10 minutes of charging. Wireless charging will also be supported, by the way.

You can expect to get 69ms low latency as well

These earbuds are said to be equipped with Bluetooth 5.2, and offer 69ms low latency as well. LHDC 4.0 audio codec will be in use, while Google Fast Pair will be supported. They will also be IP55 certified for sweat and water resistance. We still don’t know when will these earbuds launch, though, nor how much will they cost. The original OnePlus Buds Pro arrived back in July, so OnePlus is kind of late with this release already, kind of. They will likely launch soon.
