The Nothing Phone (1) is tipped to feature a 6.55-inch OLED display

According to the provided info, the device will feature a 6.55-inch OLED display. That will be a fullHD+ (2400 x 1080) display. We’re looking at “flat edges”here and “no chin”. The last part we already knew, as Nothing confirmed that the bezels will be uniform, basically. We cannot confirm this information is true, but it sounds about right. Nothing will want the display to be good, and large, but not too large. It also needs to fit in with this phone’s mid-range status. Nothing didn’t confirm this will be a mid-range smartphone, but the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 is rumored to fuel it. So, it definitely does look like a mid-range phone. Also, Nothing will want its price tag to be appealing to consumers. So, what do we know thus far? Well, Nothing already confirmed that the phone’s frame will be made out of recycled aluminum. Its back will be transparent, and it will support wireless charging.

A Snapdragon SoC will fuel it, likely the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1

The phone will be fueled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, though the company didn’t reveal which one. As already mentioned, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 is the prime candidate. Nothing did say that the phone will have “no chin”, which basically points towards uniform bezels. That’s basically everything official we know about this smartphone, other than the fact it’s coming in the near future (this Summer). The Nothing Phone (1) is also rumored to cost €500, to feature a 90Hz display, and a 64-megapixel main camera. Basically everything about this phone points to a mid-range device. It will likely ship with Android 12 and Nothing Launcher on top of it.
