Only one OnePlus 11 flagship is coming early next year, without ‘Pro’ name

This information comes from Max Jambor, a well-known tipster. He went to Twitter to announce this. He also added that this OnePlus 11 model, which will launch in Q1 2023, will be “Pro-specced”. OnePlus will probably launch another flagship-grade phone in the second half of the year. That’s at least what things look like at the moment. Also, just to be clear, the OnePlus 11 may not arrive alone. It will be the only flagship that the company will launch in Q1, but it may arrive with a mid-range phone, or something like that, who knows. The chances of that are not high, but it’s a possibility. The most probable outcome is that OnePlus launches the OnePlus 11 as a sole flagship early next year. We can easily guess it will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. In fact, we already know what it will look like.

Its design surfaced last month

The phone’s CAD-based renders appeared last month. It will be obvious that the OnePlus 11 is the OnePlus 10 Pro’s successor, but it will be visually different at the same time. You’ll get a circular camera island on the back, hosting all of the phone’s cameras. A piece of the phone’s frame will protrude towards that camera island, though. It would be best if you check out the renders yourself, it’s not really easy to explain. The phone will retain a display camera hole in the top-left corner. Its specs also surfaced last month. Aside from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the device is also expected to pack in a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display. That panel will be curved, and offer a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will offer up to 16GB of RAM, and pack in a 5,000mAh battery. 100W charging was also mentioned, while three cameras will sit on the back. A 50-megapixel main camera will be backed by a 48-megapixel ultrawide unit, and a 32-megapixel 2x telephoto camera.
