Supreme Court ruling could shake the internet economy These cases challenge Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. It shields social media companies against content users post on their platforms. They are not liable for any harmful content posted by users. But the Supreme Court has taken up two major Section 230 cases against Google and Twitter. They allege these platforms of facilitating terrorist propaganda. The first case is an appeal by the family of Nohemi Gonzalez, a 23-year-old American citizen killed in an ISIS attack in Paris in 2015....

Of course, this is not a new program by T-Mobile, and it has been in the beta phase for almost a year. The report comes from 9To5Google and supports rumors from earlier this year that Fitbit may be going back to physical buttons. The capacitive button on its Sense and Versa 3 smartwatches was not well-liked by some users. So it makes a whole lot of sense that Fitbit would want to revert that design choice.
