So what’s new with this 12L update for Android Automotive? Well, first off, there are now Quick Controls available. OEMs can add selected settings to these, like Bluetooth toggles, Status bar or other system UI elements. This will allow users to “change key settings safely while driving, without opening the Settings app”. Which is pretty important. Of course, this is going to depend on how car makers adopt the new features....

As per a report by Android Police, the revamped version of Object Eraser is making its way to older Galaxy devices in the form of an update to the Photo Editor app. Users can find the update on Galaxy Store. You will also need to follow a few steps to enable reflections and shadows on your Galaxy phone. It’s worth noting that these features are still in beta. The Logitech G Cloud Gaming Handheld is a 7-inch 1080p portable gaming console that works with most of the big cloud gaming services. According to the report, Google is asking the preview program members to participate in a survey regarding this upcoming feature. The company hopes this survey would help the Maps development team on best implementing the feature.
