One of the employees reportedly raised the question regarding why the company is showing ads and promotions in its stock apps. The said employee probably worked in the customer service department and was having too many complaints about the ads interfering with the user experience. Well, that’s just a guess. According to the report, TM Roh explicitly confirmed that Samsung will gradually remove ads from all its stock apps with new updates in the coming weeks and months....
Galaxy A23 5G specs Samsung has already revealed the key specs of the Galaxy A23 5G. The company quietly listed that info on its website earlier this month. According to Samsung’s security bulletin, the January security patch for its Android-powered Galaxy smartphones and tablets contains fixes for more than 60 vulnerabilities. The majority of those are from Google. But there are a few Samsung-exclusive fixes as well, with many of them being “critical” ones. In short, this is an important update that you’d want to install right away. The Android 13 rollout for the Galaxy Tab Active 3 has begun in Europe. More precisely, the rugged tablet is picking up the new release in Switzerland with firmware version T575XXU3EVK7 (via). It should now be just a matter of time before Samsung covers units across the globe, including the US. The US version comes with the model number SM-T577U. For Galaxy Tab Active 3 users in Europe, or at least Switzerland, this update bundles the November security patch....
That is not the most fortunate solution by Samsung, even though it’s an understandable one. Samsung users are hoping the company will find a way to include a dock in its future foldables, though. This foldable smartphone design has an S Pen dock, unlike the Z Fold 3 The Galaxy Note series offered a dock for the S Pen, and it makes things very convenient. Losing the S Pen is much harder that way, and you always have it with you, wherever you go....
One Hand Operation+ is part of Samsung’s Good Lock suite, which offers various modules to customize and personalize your supported Galaxy device. The company recently updated this app to version 5.3.31, adding a “widgets pop-up” feature and crushing some bugs (via Sammy Fans). But the changelog also mentions “support for OneUI 4.1.1 (Android 12L)”. This all but confirms that the upcoming One UI update will finally adopt the Android version specifically designed for big-screen devices like tablets and foldable smartphones....

According to the PlayStation blog, the PlayStation VR2 offers a new see-through feature that allows you to see the surroundings while wearing the headset. The feature could be activated through PlayStation Control Center or by pressing the function button on the headset. Then, you can switch between the surroundings view or the content on PS VR2. This is a quite practical feature for the times when you want to find the PS VR2 Sense controllers....
It’s not clear if Sony eventually plans to distribute those ports under this label. As it’s not currently doing so with the two games it’s already released.
