When the feature launched, users only had the option to make their chats disappear after seven days. However, starting today, WhatsApp users will have the option to select disappearing messages timer from 24 hours, 7 days, and 90 days....

Tapping it will instantly translate that comment to their native language. Once the comment has been translated, that button is replaced by a “See original” button, with a “Translated by Google” mark. As expected, it will let you switch to the original version.
