A few days back, it came to light that Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 4 models were having a major problem. Several users reported that their smartwatches wouldn’t turn on. A previous update carrying firmware version R8**XXU1GVI3 appeared to be the culprit. It kind of bricked the wearables. While the watches worked fine after the update, they wouldn’t turn on once turned off. So if you manually power off your watch or the battery ran out, it becomes useless....

The FIFA+ app allows users to stream more than 40,000 live games per year. This includes 11,000 women’s matches and 29,000 men’s games. In total, games from 100 Member Associations across six confederations will be available to stream through the app. The Verge reports that fans can currently stream games from leagues like the 3F Superliga, the Mongolian 2nd League, and the Nepal Women’s Football League. Almost six months since its unveiling, the Nokia G400 has yet to make its market debut. The company had said it plans to start shipping the device in Q2 2022, i. e. between April and June. But with just a few days left of June now, that’s unlikely to happen. Perhaps rumors are that the Nokia G400 may not arrive until November this year. Samsung has been pretty consistent in rolling out the latest software update for its devices. Right from the start of the month, Samsung has already updated a bunch of its devices with the latest security patch. This is nice to see because a lot of the other brands haven’t still pushed the September 2021 security update for their devices. Take OnePlus for example. Talking about the update for the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, a few days ago, the 4G variant of the A52 smartphone was served with the latest October 2021 security patch....

As of this writing, the October SMR (Security Maintenance Release) is rolling out to the 4G LTE variant of the Galaxy A32 in Latin America. The update is widely available in the region, including in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, and Uruguay. The new firmware version for the phone in the region is A325MUBS2BVJ1. Samsung should soon cover units in Asia, Africa, Australia, and Europe with the new security update....
