Officially, Droid Life says this particular band is called the ‘Active Band.’ As that’s the name listed on the packaging. There are at least four colors that will be available including the two you see here, which are Lemongrass and Chalk. There will also be Obsidian and Charcoal colors. If you’re looking at the Active Band and thinking, it looks familiar. There’s a reason for that.

The Pixel Watch Active Band is the same as the Fitbit Sense 2’s Infinity Band

Right down to the littlest of details, this is the same band as the one that comes with the Sense 2. The Infinity Band. In fact that is also the same band launched with the original Fitbit Sense. The different here is mainly the color. Obviously, the colors on the Active Band are different from the Infinity Band. And the latch that locks into the watch casing itself is a tad different. As it’s slightly more rounded. But everything else appears the same. The reason we bring this up is because if you’re curious how the band fits, look to the Sense and Sense 2 Infinity Band. This is likely to be the closest approximation of how it fits and feels on your wrist. Though we expect there will be some variance. Since the Pixel Watch casing is a different shape and potentially more rounded on the bottom. If you’ve tried the Sense line’s Infinity Band and don’t care for it, you may want to avoid this one. It’s no doubt made from the exact same material. And with the double loop we’d wager the fit will feel the same. However, Droid Life does mention that the rubber used here feels premium. Also worth noting is that each band accessory comes packaged with a small and large version. With the small fitting wrists 130mm – 175mm around.
