The updated firmware version for the phone is A536USQU4BVK3 (via). Samsung should soon expand the release to other carrier variants as well as unlocked models. The handset has already picked up the big Android update in most global markets. The latest software release for the Galaxy A53 5G brings a host of new features and changes. Samsung has improved the user experience with bolder app icons, smoother system animations, and new personalization and customization options. You also get new camera features, improved Bixby Routines, and improved privacy and security. On top of all this, the handset is getting the November security patch as well, which contains fixes for several dozen vulnerabilities.

The Galaxy A53 5G will get updates until Android 16
