A rather short Pixel 7 Pro unboxing video has appeared online
This video has been shared by Gadgetfull BD, a retailer from Bangladesh (embedded below the article). The video has been shared via Facebook, and you can see the black variant of the phone here. The video itself has a duration of around a minute, but it gives us a good look at the phone. You can see that the back glass on the phone is quite reflective, and not matte in any way. You can also check out the all-new camera visor, which is covered by metal this time around. That is one major change compared to the Pixel 6 series design. The retail box will be very similar to the one the Pixel 6 series comes in, it seems. You’ll also notice that a charger is not a part of the package, but a charging cable and a Quick Switch Adapter are. Whoever filmed this video also powered on the device, so you can take a closer look at the phone’s bezels. Needless to say, they’re immensely thin, but they don’t seem to be uniform.
The Pixel 7 series is coming in October
The Google Pixel 7 Pro is expected to launch in early October. The device will arrive alongside the Pixel 7, and quite possibly the Pixel Watch. The company’s first foldable has allegedly been postponed to 2023. The Pixel 7 series devices will be fueled by the second-gen Google Tensor processor. That is something Google confirmed during Google I/O earlier this year. Those phones will likely include the same main camera as the Pixel 6 series, the ISOCELL GN1. Software and SoC-based camera improvements are expected, though, of course. If you’d like to know more about the Pixel 7 Pro, or about its Pixel 7 sibling, feel free to check out our previews.
