Yakuza: Like A Dragon, which has been a top PS5 game for us for quite some time, is one of this month’s headlining titles. And as it should be. It’s a fantastic game that set itself apart from other Yakuza titles by changing combat from action to turn-based rpg. A change that delighted fans and newcomers alike. In addition to Yakuza: Like A Dragon, there’s also quite a few Far Cry games joining the service. This includes Far Cry 5, Far Cry New Dawn, and Far Cry Primal. If you like the sprawling open-world gameplay that Ubisoft offers in these games, and haven’t yet played them, now’s your chance.

Two more Yakuza games join PlayStation Plus

Yakuza: Like A Dragon isn’t the only Yakuza game coming to PlayStation Plus. Yakuza 6: The Song Of Life is also being tossed in. And although not a direct Yakuza game, Judgement is being added as well. This is a spin-off title from the same studio and is set in the world of the Yakuza series. So while not part of the mainline games, it’s still Yakuza at heart. Outside of Yakuza and Far Cry, there’s a ton of other games being added this month. For instance, Mortal Shell. Those with a love for challenging action rpg games will find themselves right at home here. It’s not quite Dark Souls, but it uses a similar gameplay format. Other games joining include WWE 2K22, Middle Earth: Shadow Of Mordor and Shadow Of War, The Pedestrian, Evil Genius 2, Adventure Time Pirates of the Enchiridion, Ben 10: Power Trip, Gigantosaurus The Game, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire -Ultimate Edition, Worms W.M.D., and The Escapists 2. All of these games are available to Extra and Premium members. Additionally, there’s a few classic games being added exclusively for Premium members. Including Ridge Racer 2, Heavenly Sword, Oddworld: Abe’s Exodus, and Pinball Heroes. If you know someone with a PS4 or PS5, then gifting them games is always a great option. But they might also enjoy an annual subscription to PlayStation Plus Premium so they can play a bunch of games.
